CLSA's Luminous Power Acquires Controlling Stake in Tritronics
Luminous Power Technologies - a CLSA investee company has taken a controlling stake in Tritronics (India), a North India based company UPS manufacturer.
The funds are expected to go towards expanding market for UPS, attain multiple segment presence, expand its product portfolio and to further consolidate its position.
Tritronics is amongst top 10 UPS makers in India.
Luminous Power Technologies, is a revenue INR 5 Billion leading global Power & energy Storage Company with a global presence, delivering high quality Inverters
Singhi Advisors were the advisors to the deal.
