Moonbeam Capital Invests In Bangalore-Based SaaS Provider PK4 Software
Gurgaon-based investment and advisory firm Moonbeam Capital has invested in Bangalore-based SaaS (software as a service) provider - PK4 Software Technologies Private Limited.
The funds raised will be used for expansion in other markets and verticals.
Founded in 2005 by Narasimhan (Kishore) Mandyam and Surekha Shetty, PK4 offers on-demand integrated CRM solution to small, medium, and large enterprises. Its flagship cloud-based CRM product is known as 'Impel CRM', which was launched in July 2008.

Prior Impel CRM, PK4 started with an applications development framework 'Zerocode'.
It has 68 clients and 2000 users . Some of the companies in its clients list includes Bausch & Lomb, Lifecell, CARE Hospitals, Modi Tyres, Hindware, among others.
Moonbeam Capital focuses on investing and advising firms in the service industry catering to HNI and luxury segments. It has backed eight companies in the last two years and its investment portfolio includes Mandala Valley, LuxuryHues, Estee Advisors Private Limited, Altamount Capital, Luxury Marketing Council, Vista Religare, Scion and Quintessentially group.
Moonbeam, which invests in early-stage companies, recently acquired a private equity firm NewGrowth Capital Advisors Private Limited and gained access to micro and small growth stage companies, the domain of NewGrowth Capital.
