Prism Informatics To Acquire Majority Stake In TLC Technologies
Prism Informatics Ltd. has agreed to acquire 51% stake in TLC Technologies Inc. through its wholly owned subsidiary effective from May 4, 2010.
TLC is a professional services firm concentrating in business inteligence (BI) and enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions.
TLC Technologies are certified professionals specialized in the implementation of complex OLAP applications.
Prism is promoted by Idhasoft. This is Prism's fifth acquisition. The company has earlier acquired Nastek Solutions, Nexus System Resources, SUMITS and Finasys. Acquisitions are a major part of Prism's growth strategy.
